Rackmount Solutions, Ltd. represents only manufacturers who carry quality
products, which perform as advertised. If within 10 days of shipping, the
product you ordered does not perform as represented, call for a
Return Materials Authorization
(RMA). Items returned without
a RMA will not be credited to your account. The product must be returned
in original packing, in like new condition. Your account will be
credited after the product arrives in previously stated condition. Please keep a
Proof of
Delivery (POD) when you return the item, such as copy of the
tracking #, UPS bill of lading, etc. to fax or email to us so that the
shipment can be researched if it doesn't reach the return warehouse.
Can't Use it If you order a
standard product and find it doesn't meet your application, but the product is
not defective, you may return it within 10 days after shipping. There is a restocking
charge of 25%, plus you will be responsible for original and return shipping charges.
Call for a RMA number before returning in original packing, in like new
condition. |
We do not take returns on large items such as server cabinets and lan
racks if you misorder. All sizes and dimensions are clearly indicated in
the product description. Please call your sales rep for assistance in
ordering.
Products made to
your exact specifications or modified for your application may not be
returned for credit unless defective.
Rackmount Solutions, Ltd. reserves the right to place a lien against any
customer for late payment not to exceed outstanding balance owed.
RMA refunds may
take up to 4 weeks pending verification of receipt of returned product
into the warehouse.
IN NO EVENT WILL Rackmount Solutions, Ltd. BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPLACEMENT
OR REPAIR OF PRODUCT, INCLUDING LABOR, INSTALLATION, EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED
BY BUYER.
